It is with sadness we are announcing that Uzi Qureshi is standing down as 1st XI captain with immediate effect. Uzi is available for the big derby against Stroud on Saturday and is looking forward to finishing the season strong. We would like to officially thank Uzi for his years of service leading the team.

Will Naish is stepping up as 1st XI captain. A fantastic achievement for the 18 year old product of our wonderful youth setup, who earlier this year signed a rookie contract with Gloucestershire. Exciting times ahead for the club.

More great news… Our Sri Lankan overseas, Wimma Perera, is taking over duties as club coach and will lead training sessions on the field and in the bar! Congratulations Wim, we are looking forward to you leading the sides for the remainder of the season.
