Who we are

Inclusive, family friendly and with a real community spirit but professional approach, Frocester is the perfect club to showcase your business or brand. The club fields four Saturday teams – the first and second XI competing in tiers one and three of the West of England Premier League, the third XI in the Gloucestershire County League and the fourth XI supporting the local community Stroud League. Success was forged and developed in these local leagues and now the club can boast the Premier One title in 2007, 2014 and 2015 as well as runner-up positions in 2011, 2013 and 2016 as Frocester became the most successful club in the county. Building on past success, in 2020, we reached the quarter finals of the Cricketer National Village Cup. We have a rich history in this competition after reaching the final at lord’s in 1993.

Our thriving youth section sees over 80 children from 5-15yrs being coached by our team of qualified coaches. We have several boys teams at u11, u13 and u15 age groups and take part in the county u16 T20 and u19 T20 competitions. And with a growing, ambitious and hugely passionate women and girls section that grows by the season, Frocester is one of the most rewarding place to play cricket anywhere in Gloucestershire.

It’s not just on the field the club has created their reputation. Off it, the events and field reputation. experiences are almost without parallel. The annual Frocester Beer Festival has run for more than 40 years and is widely regarded as one of the most successful and must-do events in the summer calendar. With a safari supper, advent lunch and winter skittles league, the club is active all year round.
